....... Due to immense difficulties in getting information about the new UKCC courses, I apologise that the site has remained dormant for quite a considerable time. The exciting news is that I have run 7 courses on the new system and with a few reservations, I am quite excited about the future. There were obviously teething problems (especially, because of the tight government deadlines) and also lots of mis-information, rumours and other statements/opinion about the system in preceding months. Having talked to Spencer Moore and his team, this was mainly due to UKCC and other interested parties striving for 'best practice' and therefore occasionally 'moving the goalposts without too much warning'. Remember the word 'best practice', is what we are striving towards.
